Hyderabad was founded in 1724 by Chin qulich khan. Chin qulich khan is also known as nizam-ul-mulk-asaf jhai. When he founded Hyderabad, he was the Mughal emperor Mohammad Shah Rangeela during that time. And Hyderabad is also known as Asif Jahan. nizam-ul-mulk-asaf jhai hailed from the vicinity of Samarkand which now comes in Uzbekistan. Which is the present day Central Asian Country.
